Port Barrel Mizuwari

Simplicity in a highball.

Hop over to Japan and youโ€™ll find the locals drinking whisky mizuwaris, which means โ€˜mixed with waterโ€™. We thought our Port Barrel Gin would bring summery intrigue to this classic.

Ingredients

  • 60ml Port Barrel Gin (ideally chilled)
  • Ice-cold mineral water

Method

Pour gin into a chilled highball glass filled with ice. Slowly top with ice-cold mineral water whilst stirring. Garnish with a small coin of orange peel. Share only if youโ€™re bullied into it.
