Ingredients
60ml Port Barrel Gin (ideally chilled)
Ice-cold mineral water
Method
Pour gin into a chilled highball glass filled with ice. Slowly top with ice-cold mineral water whilst stirring. Garnish with a small coin of orange peel. Share only if youโre bullied into it.
