If you thought a G&T had no room for improvement, it turns out it pairs beautifully with expertly brewed coffee. Dry, refreshing and with a little caffeinated nudge, summer sipping has found a new level.

Ingredients

25ml Dorset Dry Gin
25ml Conker Coffee Liqueur
200ml classic Indian tonic water
Wheel of fresh orange peel

Method

Build your G&T as usual and float Conker Coffee Liqueur on top, letting it settle on the surface if you’ve got the skills. Garnish with a fresh wheel of orange and devour selfishly. Dry, refreshing and with a little caffeinated nudge.
