Brunch game changer.

We love a Gibson at Conker HQ and this one is just as tasty! A bit herbier and greener than the original, it’s our go to on Fish & Chip Friday!

Ingredients

  • 60ml Bowser LEAF
  • 5ml Pickling Liquor (the stuff in a jar of pickled onions!)
  • Pickled onions to garnish (plus plenty on the side if youโ€™re greedy!)

Method

Chill your martini glass and mixing glass. Once theyโ€™re nice and cold, drain the ice melt and add your ingredients to the mixing glass, stirring down for a good 15 seconds. Add to your martini glass and garnish with a pickled onion. Plus some on the side because we love โ€™em!
