Ingredients
50ml Dorset Dry Gin
125ml Isle of Wight Tomato Juice
6 drops of Tabasco
10ml Worcestershire Sauce
A good pinch of celery salt and black pepper
Method
Add all the ingredients into half a shaker (or a jug) with ice and pour through the strainer into the other half (this is called rolling). Pour back into the ice filled one and repeat a few times until itโs nice and cold. Strain into a highball filled with ice and garnish with a stick of celery.
