About the Coffee.
Origin’s ‘Resolute’ is a carefully curated blend, made up of Amoju from Peru, and Los Altos, Nicaragua.
Amoju is a community coffee blend where coffees from small 2 hectare farms are home-processed by individual producers, with most using simple methods and fertilizers.
Los Altos is a 70-hectare farm at the base of Kilambé Mountain. With the Mierisch family working with Origin for over a decade.
The blend draws from higher altitudes to emphasise acidity. It’s roasted to maintain the terroir’s sweet nuttiness and a crisp, smooth, and flavourful cup.
