Port Barrel Gin Old Fashioned cocktail recipe

A serious cocktail for serious gin lovers.

We’d only ever mess around with the classic Old Fashioned if we really believed it was worth it. It is. Easy to make and even easier to drink, this bold beauty deserves to be sipped adoringly.

Ingredients.

50ml Port Barrel Gin
15ml sugar syrup
4 dashes of Regan’s Orange Bitters

Method.

Stir all the ingredients into a mixing glass with cubed ice. Strain into a nice tumbler over one large ice cube. Garnish with a coin of orange peel spritzed over the drink. Pow.
